Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer delivery times.

  1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  2. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  1. Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  2. Alexandria & Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  3. Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or link to monitor your order’s status until it arrives.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you or reschedule another delivery attempt.

If the order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.
